It's a small sticker you place next to your payment terminal — in the same spot where customers already tap their card or phone to pay. It costs less than $5 and never needs charging or WiFi.
Reading a receipt in a browser requires no login, no email address and no personal details, and we do not track you across other websites. We do store a random code on your device so the page can recognise the same phone coming back — the privacy policy explains what it is for and how to clear it. Our systems run in Australia; some services we use, error reporting among them, are overseas and are listed in the privacy policy.
ReceiptWave is designed for real-world retail. If connectivity drops, your POS continues to operate normally. Receipts sync to the cloud as soon as the connection is restored.
