How do I request a tax invoice for a big purchase?

For purchases of $1,000 or more, a compliant tax invoice needs your details on it. If your receipt qualifies, the app makes requesting one a 30-second job.

1. Open the receipt and scroll down past it — you'll see a card headed "Need a tax invoice?", just above the Share and Follow buttons at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Request a tax invoice.
3. Enter your name (or business name). Add your ABN if you want it shown on the invoice — that part's optional.
4. Tap Send request. The business is notified and issues your tax invoice — you'll be able to view it from the same card once it's ready.
