How do I redeem a customer's coupon or offer?

When a customer shows a coupon or claim code at the counter, redeeming takes seconds — and the app tells you instantly if the code is valid.

1. On the Home tab, tap the round teal scan button (bottom right).
2. Scan the QR code on the customer's phone — or type the code (it looks like RW-XXXX) and tap Redeem.
3. Green screen = valid: it shows the deal to apply ("20% off", "$5 off", "Free item"). Apply it to the sale and you're done.
