Can I sign in to ReceiptWave for Business with Apple?

Updated 15 October 2026

Yes, on an iPhone. Tap the black Sign in with Apple button on the sign-in screen and confirm with Face ID or Touch ID. It signs you in to a ReceiptWave business login you already have, as long as that login uses the same email address as your Apple ID. It never creates a new account or a new business. It isn't on Android phones.

  1. Open ReceiptWave for Business on your iPhone and go to the sign-in screen.
  2. Tap Sign in with Apple and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
  3. If Apple's email address matches your ReceiptWave login, you're in. You get the same business and the same role (owner or staff) as when you sign in with your password. If you no longer have a role on your own business but you work for another one, Apple signs you in to that one, just as your password does. The same goes if your own business is suspended or closed.

If it says "We couldn't match this Apple ID to a ReceiptWave business login"

That means we couldn't find a business login with the same email as your Apple ID. The usual reasons:

In every case, sign in the way you usually do (your email and password), or tap Forgot password? if you need to set a new one. We show the same message for all of these, so nobody can use the sign-in screen to find out who has an account.
