A customer requested a tax invoice — what do I do?

When a customer asks for a tax invoice on a $1,000+ sale, a banner appears on your dashboard. Issuing it takes two taps — and the law gives you 28 days, so there's no panic.

1. Tap the dashboard banner ("tax invoice request to action"), or go to the request list.
2. Open the request — you'll see the sale details and the buyer's name and ABN.
