A useful receipt, a reason to return

Customers need purchase details long after they leave the register. They tap to collect a digital receipt they can keep, and can choose to follow new arrivals and offers. A defined next-visit offer can encourage another purchase without adding a contact-entry task at checkout.

1 · What changes at your register

Take payment through Square as you do now. The customer taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect an itemised receipt carrying your logo, GST and your ABN, so purchase details are easier to find later. You can resend a receipt to a chosen recipient, and add a coupon that staff redeem with a scan. Warranty and refund eligibility remain a matter for the law and your policy.

Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.

Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.

2 · What to switch on, in this order
