Make the next visit easy to book

Give clients a receipt they can keep and an easy way to stay connected between appointments. They can choose to follow your salon for availability, seasonal services and relevant offers — and every receipt can carry your existing booking link, so an interested client can take the next step.

1 · What changes at reception

Take payment through Square as you do now. The client taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect a receipt carrying your logo, itemised services, GST and your ABN. A reward stamp is applied to eligible services from the connected sale. Clients who choose to follow you can be sent an update manually — ReceiptWave sits alongside your booking software, it does not replace it.

Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.

Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.

2 · What to switch on, in this order

Feature Why it matters here Do this
Digital receipt One tap after payment. No paper, nothing to type while the next client waits. Put the stand on the desk.
Reward card Stamps are applied from the connected sale, on the services you choose to make eligible. Protect margin on colour work.
Booking link on the receipt Clients who follow you can be sent availability, and the receipt carries your booking link. Use the link you already have.
