Be remembered at the next occasion

Help buyers keep your details after the bouquet leaves the shop. They tap to collect a digital receipt and can choose to follow your florist for seasonal ranges and ordering deadlines — so before a busy occasion you can send followers a reminder with your ordering link and collection information.

1 · What changes at your counter

Take payment through Square as you do now. The buyer taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect a receipt carrying your logo, itemised lines, GST and your ABN. Where an order reference comes through with the sale it appears on their phone for collection. Send occasion reminders manually, and treat the purchaser as your customer — not the delivery recipient.

Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.

Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.

2 · What to switch on, in this order

Feature Why it matters here Do this
Digital receipt One tap after payment. No paper docket to lose with the card. Put the stand on the counter.
Order reference on the phone Where it comes through with the sale, the collection reference is on their phone. Use it on the big days.
Occasion reminders you send Followers can be sent your ordering deadline and collection times before an occasion. Check stock and capacity first.

3 · First action, and how to measure it
