Give casual visitors a reason to return
Welcome a casual visitor with a digital receipt and an invitation to follow your studio. Share a suitable class or introductory offer through your existing booking channel, and use a reward on eligible paid visits to recognise regulars alongside the booking and attendance system you already run.
- 90-day free trial for founding merchants
- No credit card required
- No lock-in contract
1 · What changes at the desk
Take payment through Square as you do now. The visitor taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect a receipt carrying your logo, the class or pass purchased, GST and your ABN. A reward stamp is applied to eligible paid visits from the connected sale. Attendance and prepaid pass balances stay in your booking system — a sale is not proof that someone attended.
Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.
Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.
2 · What to switch on, in this order
| Feature | Why it matters here | Do this |
|---|---|---|
| Digital receipt | One tap after payment. No paper, nothing to type before a class starts. | Put the stand on the front desk. |
| Reward on paid visits | Stamps are applied from the connected sale on eligible paid visits — not a prepaid pass balance. | Keep passes in your booking system. |
| Following and offers | Casual visitors who choose to follow you can be sent a class suggestion, with your booking link. | Send when you have capacity. |
3 · First action, and how to measure it
- Trial casual paid visits only. Compare repeat bookings over a realistic interval, not one week.
- Do not market pass management. Balance, redemption and attendance stay with your booking software.
What the subscription needs to earn
The main value here is repeat visits, not admin: measure casual customers who return within 30 days, before and after.
No payback figure is published: class contribution depends on instructor cost and spare capacity, which vary by timetable.
$15 / month + GST after the 90-day free trial. No lock-in contract.
