Make your wash reward easy to keep

Give customers a digital receipt and a clear reward on qualifying paid washes. Regulars keep track without a paper card, and customers who choose to follow you can be sent a relevant quieter-day offer. Set the reward to suit your wash packages and make the next visit easy to understand.

1 · What changes at the pay window

Take payment through Square as you do now. The customer taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect a receipt carrying your logo, the package purchased, GST and your ABN. A reward stamp is applied to qualifying paid washes from the connected sale, so there is no card in the glovebox. This suits a staffed payment point; unattended bays and subscription washes may not have the same interaction.

Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.

Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.

2 · What to switch on, in this order

Feature Why it matters here Do this
Digital receipt One tap after payment. No paper to get wet, nothing to type with cars queued. Put the stand at the pay window.
Reward on qualifying washes Nine qualifying paid washes then a free tenth — applied from the connected sale, on the packages you choose. State the eligible package.
Following and offers Customers who choose to follow you can be sent a quieter-day offer, sent manually. Send after a wet stretch.

3 · First action, and how to measure it

What the subscription needs to earn

Illustration: if a wash contributes $21 after costs, one additional wash a month would cover $15.

Assumption: $35 average wash at 60% contribution, before the cost of the loyalty reward.
