Keep regulars and orders clear

Give customers an itemised digital receipt and a way to follow your shop. Share weekend specials, product news or a Christmas ordering deadline with regulars who want updates, and keep the collection reference on the receipt so customers can find it when they return.

1 · What changes at your counter

Take payment through Square as you do now. The customer taps the ReceiptWave stand to collect an itemised receipt carrying your logo, the correct tax treatment for mixed food items, and your ABN. Where an order reference comes through with the sale it stays on the receipt for collection. A reward stamp is applied to eligible purchases, and followers can be sent a special manually.

Connect ReceiptWave to Square to add tap-to-collect receipts and customer follow-up.

Setup takes under five minutes: connect your Square account, and connected sales flow through to ReceiptWave. Nothing changes at the till — staff take payment exactly as they do now.
